At Denim Tears, we want you to love your clothes and accessories. If something doesn't fit quite right, we're here to help!

Hassle-Free Returns

We offer a generous 30-day return policy from the day you receive your order. This means you have plenty of time to try on your new items and make sure they're perfect.

What Can Be Returned?

  • Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original condition.
  • Original packaging is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Please include your receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Return

  • Contact our friendly customer service team.
  • They'll provide a return shipping label.

Important: Don't send your return back without contacting us first. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items

If you receive an item that's damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately. We'll take care of the issue promptly.

Exceptions

Certain items cannot be returned for hygiene or safety reasons. This includes perishable goods, custom-made products, personal care items, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, and gases.

Exchanges

To exchange an item, please return it and place a new order for your desired selection.

EU Customers

If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the legal right to cancel or return your order within 14 days without explanation.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval or rejection. Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days and credited back to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

If it's been more than 15 business days since your return was approved and you haven't received your refund, please contact us.
